The « Pierres vivantes » buildings in lots 5 & 6 are located in the heart of the sustainable « Les Messageries » neighborhood, south of Gare de Lyon. The project features load-bearing stone facades insulated with wood fiber and wood-concrete slab floors. The loggia facades, with wood frames and glazed terracotta, emphasize ecological commitment, while the low-carbon concrete structure completes the design. A thick southern facade with winter gardens improves thermal comfort and reduces heating needs. The ground floor hosts commercial spaces, creating dynamic and open living areas. The well-oriented apartments with generous outdoor spaces offer comfort and flexibility for residents.
